Blend of selected coffees from the best African, Asian and Central American crops characterized by an excellent body enhanced by slow and dark roasting.
ROASTING
The Robusta and Arabica coffees that make up the blend are roasted separately with different degrees of cooking to best enhance the characteristics of the individual varieties.
AROMA
Strong and full-bodied blend inspired by the Neapolitan tradition. It is advisable to brew Ristretto in a small cup to appreciate its roundness, strength and light woody aftertaste accompanied by light notes of chocolate.

【RED】Dolce Vita INTENSO

Blend of selected coffees from the best African, Asian and Central American crops characterized by a strong but balanced flavor.
ROASTING
The Robusta and Arabica coffees that make up the blend are roasted separately at medium temperature, then mixed after cooking.
AROMA
Intenso is a thick and creamy blend that gives its best if dispensed in a small cup to enhance the strong flavor and persistent cream. The balanced use of the Robusta and Arabica varieties helps to enhance the body and the intense sweet and slightly biscuit aroma.

【BLUE】Dolce Vita DECAFFEINATO

Blend of selected Arabica and Robusta coffees for a perfect low-caffeine espresso.
ROASTING
The separate roasting of the Arabica and Robusta origins ensures balance and roundness and the different cooking temperatures enhance the qualities of the different varieties in the best possible way.
AROMA
A medium extraction (about 40ml.) Is preferable to enhance the peculiarities of this decaffeinated coffee blend. The perfect balance between the varieties used contributes to the right balance between the body of the Robusta varieties, which also ensure a good creaminess in the cup and the sweetness and fruity aroma of the Arabica varieties.

【SILVER】Dolce Vita LUNGO

"Premium" blend of selected coffees from the best African and Central American crops characterized by the perfect harmony between body and sweetness.
ROASTING
Lungo is a perfectly balanced blend with a high percentage of Arabica coffee that require a slow and delicate roasting to be enhanced to the fullest. Robusta beans, on the other hand, selected from the sweeter varieties, are cooked separately at a higher temperature.
AROMA
Lungo has an aromatic profile similar to that of 100% Arabica blends but with more body. The prevalence of Arabica origins gives the blend sweet fruity notes accompanied by a slight acidity.

【GOLD】Dolce Vita GRAN GUSTO

Precious blend composed of only carefully selected Arabica coffees from the best crops of Central America, very aromatic and sweet.
ROASTING
The selected Arabica varieties require a very delicate cooking that enhances the citrus notes of the blend.
AROMA
Gran Gusto is characterized by a good body and a typical aromatic profile that enhances the fruity and floral notes of the selected Arabica varieties. Good body and persistent creaminess in the cup.
