The Bitrex Single Hop is a high fermentation light beer inspired by the American Pale Ale, made with a single American “SIMCOE” hop in bitter and dry hopping. The typical resinous aromas stand out, reminiscing exotic fruits and citrus fruits, with a bitter and dry aftertaste, which recalls another drink.
